Booking your Trip

For information and availability on multi-day packages, please contact our friendly reservation staff at reservations@selkirk-tangiers.com, and for information and availability on day heli packages, please contact us at dayheli@selkirk-tangiers.com, or give us a call at 1.800.663.7080. Once you have decided your trip dates and the type of package you are interested in, simply fill out our booking request form and return it to our reservations team to confirm your heli ski vacation.

Deposits

To confirm your seat, we collect a non-refundable deposit that will be used towards the cost of your trip.

• Classic Packages: $1,000.00 deposit with the balance due ten weeks prior to your trip.
• Private Packages: $2,000.00 deposit with the balance due ten weeks prior to your trip.
• Day Heli - The Experience: $200.00 deposit with the balance due by December 15th, 2010.
• Day Heli - A-Star Exclusive/Private: $500.00 deposit with the balance due by December 15, 2010.

Release of Liability Waiver

Every Selkirk Tangiers guest needs to sign a waiver and release of liability form prior to skiing. Our multi-day skiers have the opportunity to read and complete this form following their orientation. Dayskiers can sign the waiver during morning registration or beforehand at our retail shop in the Hillcrest Hotel. Please review the Sample Waiver Form and do not hesitate to ask our staff questions regarding this document.
