Reservations Team
Behind the scenes, our administration staff is working hard to ensure your trip runs smoothly from the time of booking until the end of your trip. Our reservations team is pleased to answer all of your questions about our operation and will ensure your vacation plans are accurate.
Guest Services and Retail Team
The knowledgeable staff in our retail shop offer exceptional service while helping guests with their ski vacation. Retail staff start their day early to ensure everyone has the opportunity to grab an extra layer or purchase a new pair of goggles for their day of skiing. They will also be available until 7:00 pm to collect beacons and help you find the perfect souvenir for your friends back home. Guest Services staff will also be happy to arrange shuttles for you if requested.
Heli Ski Guides
Our Heli Ski Guides are members of the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides (ACMG) and/or the International Federation of Mountain Guides Association (IFMGA). These men and women are committed to giving you the powder experience of a lifetime. Many of our guides work around the world doing what they love to do - guiding people in the mountains. They have received specialty training in avalanche forecasting, terrain evaluation, rescue and emergency medical techniques.
Ski Technicians
Don't bother traveling with your skis; let our competent ski technicians set you up with a pair from our fleet. This also gives you the opportunity to test a pair of skis you've been wanting to try. If a gear problem slows you down, our ski shop staff are right there to get you back up. They offer great advice and professional ski tuning to ensure you are riding the best equipment for the conditions.
Pilots
Mustang Helicopters of Red Deer, Alberta, provides Bell 205 helicopters for our Classic programs and Eurocopter A-Star B2 helicopters for our Private programs. Each helicopter is inspected and serviced by qualified Mustang Helicopter engineers at our Revelstoke base. All pilots have extensive mountain flying experience and prior to each ski season they attend annual certification for helicopter skiing.
