The Hillcrest Hotel provides a variety of food and beverage experiences to enjoy during your stay. The Begbie Room is the main course, offering fresh ingredients, welcoming service, and views of the Selkirk and Monashee mountain ranges. Our Guides’ Lounge is an open concept mingling space. The warm and hospitable atmosphere is enhanced by an open stone fireplace, historic pictures, and your favourite beverages. Plus, room service is available daily from 7:00am – 10:00pm.

Buffet Breakfast

Enjoy a full buffet breakfast served in the dining room each morning at the Hillcrest Hotel, beginning at 6:30 am. It’s always piping hot and fresh, fueling you up for your heli skiing experience. Remember, you get out what you put in – so don’t be shy.

Alpine Lunch

We’ll serve lunch at a scenic location in the mountains. Relax next to the helicopter and chat to your guides about the morning while a variety of sandwiches and healthy energy bars a rejuvenate you for the afternoon. Refreshing bottled water is always available on board to keep you hydrated throughout your day.

Après Ski

Snacks and beverages await in the Guides’ Lounge after each day of heli skiing. Enjoy a tasty spread of appetizers beside the roaring stone fireplace while you recap your adventures, and remember – a little exaggeration never hurt anyone! Our knowledgeable bartenders are always ready to mix and pour your favourite beverage at the fully stocked lounge.

Fine Dining

Relax and refuel after your day in the mountains with a superlative fine dining experience at the Begbie Room. Evening service features international and continental cuisine, and our menu varies seasonally.
